Could you be what we’re looking for?
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused People Manager to support our People function with both administrative and system-based tasks. Working closely with the wider People team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing documentation, and being a key user of Harri, Microsoft Teams and all other systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Champion your systems: You will be the wizz of all policies, procedures and documentation.
- Collaborate Closely with the People team: You'll be working alongside the L&D Manager, Training Manager and Operations Directors to make all their ideas come to life from inductions, training plans, exit interviews and everything in between.
- Know your stuff: You will be responsible for supporting all ER cases across the brand - A Level 5 CIPD is required for this role.
- Understand the numbers: You will be responsible for producing figure reports from individuals or full venues.
- Understand the process: You'll be supporting all departments so needing to get a deep understanding of how each of them work so that you can collaborate with all.
What We’re Looking For
- Adaptable: Comfortable shifting from policies, procedures, documentation and reports within a minutes notice.
- Qualified: We need someone with Level 5 CIPD
- Organised is a must: Working in a fast paced environment with important information and documents requires deadlines, we need someone that is well organised and self-starter.
- Strong communication: You will be working with all teams so we need a strong communication skills.
- Computer literate: From building reports to chasing emails we need someone that is confident on using different documents and microsoft accounts.
