As Commis Chef at  Nobu London:

You will Learn about different ingredients, infusing flavours, mise-en-place, knife skills and cooking techniques, Understand Nobu bible of classic dishes, such as the iconic Black Cod Miso, known all over the world. You will be immersed in the experience of helping to create and develop Nobu specials, seasonal dishes, and dishes for special occasions
