• On the first floor, Alfies offers a more refined, luxury service with elegant cocktails, premium wines and a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere.

• On the ground floor, it’s all about the lively pub energy – perfectly poured pints, buzzing service and a fast-paced, welcoming vibe.

We’re looking for a Bar Manager who loves both worlds: someone who thrives on the detail and finesse of luxury hospitality upstairs, while embracing the buzz and camaraderie of the pub downstairs.

We’re Looking For a Bar Manager Who Can:

• Lead a small, passionate bar team with energy and personality.

• Deliver exceptional service upstairs while confidently pulling pints downstairs.

• Oversee smooth day-to-day operations – from cellar management to stock control.

• Drive innovation with seasonal cocktails, premium spirits and curated wine pairings.

• Train, motivate and inspire the team to create memorable guest experiences every shift.

What You’ll Get
