We are currently seeking an Cluster Assistant Director of Sales  to join our vibrant Cluster team (Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Daugava, Radisson Blu Rīdzene Hotel, Radisson Hotel Old Town Riga, Park Inn by Radisson Riga Valdemara, Park Inn by Radisson Residence Riga Barona).

• Manage all aspects of the Cluster hotels' sales team initiatives.
• Maximize the revenue and growth of the hotel by directing the revenue generates activities in accordance with the business plan.
• Drive new business for the Cluster hotels.
• Build effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all sales opportunities are maximized.
