About the Role – you will:
Support bartenders throughout service, keeping the bar running smoothly
Restock, clean, and organise bar stations during and after service
Ensure bartenders have everything they need — from glassware and ice to garnishes and ingredients
Help with setting up and closing down the bar
Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work environment
Contribute to exceptional guest experiences by supporting a high-performance team
About You – you will have:
A strong work ethic and eagerness to support your team
Previous barback or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude
The ability to stay organised and calm under pressure
Availability for 4–5 shifts per week, including late nights (up to 3 AM)
A reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to every shift
Passion to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
