House of Louie, part of a world-class hospitality collection including RIKAS, Paris Society and the Ennismore Group, is a stunning 4-storey townhouse in the heart of the West End, offers a diverse range of culinary experiences.

With our contemporary Japanese concept, launching in September, alongside our well-established French restaurant, serving exquisitely crafted traditional dishes. The vibrant Alligator Bar delights guests with creative cocktails, fusion bar snacks, live music and exciting DJ sets.

About the Role – you will:

• Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and professional atmosphere
• Mix, shake, and garnish classic and signature cocktails to a high standard
• Serve wine, beer, and other beverages with accuracy and professionalism
• Use your knowledge of cocktails and beverages to offer recommendations to guests
• Provide high  levels of hospitality and guest experience
• Work closely with other bartenders and floor staff to ensure smooth service
• Assist with opening, closing, and setting up the bar as required
• Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organised at all times.

About You – you will have:

• Previous bar or cocktail-making experience (mixology training a plus)
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and under pressure in a busy environment
• A positive attitude, reliability, with great attention to detail
• A genuine passion for guest service and creating unforgettable dining experiences
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure and keep a smile on your face
