We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead the bar team at The Alfred Tennyson, our elegant pub in the heart of Belgravia.

• Leading and inspiring the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

• Driving standards and consistency in service, drinks quality and presentation

• Managing stock, margins, and cellar operations with precision

• Developing and curating drinks menus in collaboration with the Head of Wines and Group Beverage Team

• Recruiting, training and developing bar staff to grow a high-performing team

• Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company policies

• A confident and hands-on Bar Manager with previous experience in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment

• Excellent drinks knowledge – cocktails, wines, spirits and beer

• A natural leader with strong communication and people skills

• Financially astute, with experience managing stock and GP

• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
