• A strong, calm kitchen leader
• A team-builder, coach and motivator
• Obsessed with fresh food and flawless standards
• Organised, energetic, margin-savvy
• At least 1 year Head Chef experience

The role:

• Lead daily service with energy and pride
• Keep food quality and hygiene sky high
• Manage stock, wastage, rotas and training
• Create a positive kitchen culture and develop your team
• Deliver plates that make people say “wow”
