Maintenance Operative

As a Residential Maintenance Operative, you will carry out a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across our portfolio of residential properties. You will play a key role in ensuring our homes are well-maintained, safe, and meet our high standards of quality and service.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance.

• Diagnose and fix basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and minor electrical issues.

• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

• Ensure all work meets health and safety standards.

• Communicate professionally with residents and team members.

About You:

• Experience in general maintenance or multi-trade work.

• Good knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and decorating.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and manage your workload.
