Bar Manager

We’re looking for a Bar Manager to join us at The Parakeet in Kentish Town.

Housed in a restored Victorian pub, we serve a fire-led menu by Ben Allen and have quickly become one of London’s most talked-about openings — named in Squaremeal’s Top 100 and the Top 50 Gastropubs, with praise from Giles Coren and Jimi Famurewa.

We want someone warm, confident, and thoughtful — a natural host and leader who can shape a welcoming bar experience every time.

What you’ll do:

• Lead bar service with energy and a guest-focused approach

• Train and support the team to keep standards high and confidence strong

• Oversee rotas, stock, and ordering with care and efficiency

• Help build a positive, supportive culture for both guests and staff

What we’re looking for:

• Bar management experience in quality-led, fast-paced settings

• Calm, structured leadership with a focus on people

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and draught

• A love for personal service and team development
