We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Floor Supervisor to help lead the front-of-house team at The Thomas Cubitt, our flagship pub in the heart of Belgravia.

Part of the independent Cubitt House group, The Thomas Cubitt blends classic British charm with modern, food-led service. You’ll be joining a venue known for its loyal locals, elegant brasserie dining rooms, and beautifully curated guest experience.

• Lead by example during busy services, ensuring smooth floor operations

• Supervise and support junior waiters and runners

• Be a key point of contact for guests, ensuring every experience exceeds expectations

• Handle floor plans, pacing, and covers with confidence and precision

• Communicate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams

• Experience in a similar supervisory role in a premium hospitality setting

• Calm under pressure and confident in leading a team

• Professional, warm, and guest-focused

• Strong organisational skills and a love for detail
