A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A KITCHEN PORTER AT OUR HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
- Provide evening turndown service in guest rooms, ensuring an exceptional and personalized luxury experience.
- Refresh guest rooms in accordance with brand standards, including bed presentation, lighting adjustment, replenishment of amenities, discreet and intuitive services, and cleanliness.
- Restock and replace towels, fresh linens, and restock bathroom supplies.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or guest requests to appropriate departments promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping carts and closets.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures in compliance with hotel standards and local regulations.
- Deliver special guest requests (e.g., extra pillows, blankets, slippers, etc.) with prompt, courteous service.
- Exhibit knowledge of hotel amenities and services to anticipate and meet guest needs.
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest service.
