Your Role
As F&B Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our bars, restaurants, lounges, and in-room dining. You’ll lead with creativity, manage with precision, and inspire a team to deliver service that’s as stylish as it is seamless.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee the full F&B operation, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop a passionate team across multiple outlets.
• Collaborate with chefs, mixologists, and event teams to create standout menus and experiences.
• Manage budgets, stock, and supplier relationships with commercial savvy.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance.
