About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, operations-driven Procurement Manager to lead all Procurement activities across the Arcade estate; this opportunity plays a key role in supporting the Finance Director to optimise purchasing and control costs across all sites. From sourcing ingredients and equipment to managing supplier relationships and building smart inventory systems, this role is central to keeping our multi-brand hospitality operation running smoothly.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll drive purchasing decisions, optimise costs, and help shape supplier partnerships that align with Arcade’s values and standards. If you're proactive, strategic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. As a successful Procurment Manager at Arcade you will:
- Execute approved procurement plans in line with operational and brand requirements.
- Collaborate with chefs, GMs, and brand managers to gather specifications and streamline ordering.
- Source ingredients, packaging, uniforms, equipment, and other essentials across all sites.
- Own and manage supplier relationships, including onboarding and compliance checks.
- Negotiate supplier pricing and service terms to maximise value and maintain quality.
- Set up and maintain stock management systems tailored to each brand/site.
- Ensure accurate product, supplier, and recipe data within procurement systems.
- Train teams on stock control, ordering tools, and best practices.
- Track spend, update pricing, and highlight cost risks to our Finance Director.
- Monitor supplier compliance with food safety and sourcing standards.
- Continuously improve procurement processes and system efficiencies.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Bring experience as a Procurement Manager responsible for the day to day tasks mentioned above.
- Bring proven procurement experience in hospitality, retail, or other high-volume environments.
- Have strong supplier negotiation and contract management skills
- Are confident working independently while collaborating across departments
- Bring a track record in setting up and optimising procurement systems and processes
- Are very comfortable with stock control, data reporting, and supplier performance monitoring
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English is a must)
- Bring experience with change management or system implementations a plus
- CIPS membership is desirable but not essential
