Female Complex Care Assistant – Night Shifts
 Location: Brighton
 Pay: £12.24-£14.91 per hour
 Shifts: Mondays, Fridays & Sundays 9pm-7am

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team in Brighton, supporting a young client with and a range of complex health needs. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing personal care and mobility support

• Supporting with clinical tasks

• Assisting with bedtime routines and repositioning

• Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

• Essential experience:

  • Enteral feeding

  • Medication Administration

  • Non Invasive Ventilation 

  • Oral Suctioning 

• A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
