Reignwood Investments UK Ltd wish to recruit a Visual Content Editor to drive all photography and film content activations across the Reignwood Portfolio. The Editor is required to be the guardian of the visual system of the Reignwood UK portfolio.

In the City of London Reignwood own and hold private offices in the former Port of London Authority Headquarters, which today is now stands as the ultra-luxurious Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square. This was renovated by Reignwood and is now operated by the Four Seasons group whilst retaining the magnificence of this 1920s Grade II listed building. The hotel offers 100 rooms, Four Seasons Residences and a private members club. It is joined by 2 restaurants – the Rotunda and Mei Ume.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, creative and detail-oriented Visual Content Editor to join our production team. As Visual Content Editor, you will be responsible for creating and assembling all visual content into a polished final product that aligns with the brand's vision and storytelling goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, proofreading, and optimising all content across our digital and print platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high engagement.

You will collaborate with designers, marketers, and other key stakeholders to maintain a compelling brand voice and deliver content that drives engagement.

Job Purpose

  • To be the visual content champion across the RIUK portfolio.
  • Capture and edit raw footage (film & photography) into a cohesive story, following scripts, storyboards, and creative direction.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to determine the desired narrative, pacing, and tone of each visual project.
  • Trim and arrange footage, apply transitions, insert music, dialogue, sound effects, and graphics.
  • Ensure logical sequencing and continuity across scenes.
  • Integrate visual effects and color correction as needed.
  • Maintain organized file structures and back up all project files.
  • Revise edits based on stakeholder feedback within tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and editing software advancements.
  • To drive impeccable content editing across the portfolio, through a consistent tone of voice.
  • To give art direction support across the RIUK portfolio with a specific focus on Social Media, digital media, photography and videography.
  • To produce all high standard presentations for internal and external use (serving the business and direct to partners). Both for existing clients and new partnerships.
  • To produce and manage templates and libraries of assets.
  • To manage production calendar and budget for portfolio’s visual creation and editing.
  • To drive all editorial and design project management across the portfolio and partnership assets.
  • An expert in brand and editorial graphic design, with an enthusiasm for film, photography, and illustration.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Brand agency experience in a similar role, with design and project management.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Keynote, PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Network of freelance contacts.
  • Able to work at a fast pace over a wide variety of tasks.
  • 5 years high-end design experience.
  • Preferred background in any of the following sectors/areas: Luxury Travel & Leisure.
  • Familiarity with luxury brands.
  • Experienced in dealing with confidential information using discretion and sensitivity at all times.
