Female Complex Care Assistant – Night Shifts
 Location: Eastbourne
 Pay: £19.01 per hour
 Shifts: Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays 8pm-8am (1 weekend a month) plus ad hoc shifts to cover sickness and holidays.

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team in Eastbourne, supporting one of our clients with complex health needs. Our client enjoys listening to reggae music. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing personal care and mobility support

• Supporting with seizure management epilepsy and administration of medication

• Supporting with Bowel Management 

• Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs

• Essential experience:

  • Seizure Management Epilepsy     

  • Seizure Management Rescue Medication

  • Administration of Medication

  • Challenging behaviour

• A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
