The Ideal Candidate:

Are you passionate about the restaurant industry and looking for a new challenge? We are excited to be seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have previous experience in a similar role and possess a strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, or events service, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service and experiences. Your ability to coach and motivate your team will be crucial in maintaining our high standards. Additionally, your awareness of Health & Safety and Food Safety training/legislation will ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Flexibility and commitment are key, as working hours will frequently include weekends and late finishes.
