What you'll be doing:

As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef in delivering beautifully presented dishes using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. You'll:

• Help develop creative menus that change with the seasons

• Oversee daily prep, stock control and health & safety

• Lead and support junior chefs to maintain kitchen standards

• Work closely with the front of house team to ensure smooth service

• Contribute to maintaining the kitchen's professional, upbeat atmosphere

What we're looking for:

• A Sous Chef with experience in fresh food kitchens

• Previous Rosette experience is ideal, but not essential

• Someone confident under pressure and passionate about great food

• A positive leader who can inspire a team and take pride in what they do
