JKS Pubs have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Wine Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink, especially wine. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sommelier/Wine Manager looking for a new role in an award winning, critically acclaimed pub group.

The Company

The Role

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Wine Manager to join our team. As Wine Manager, you would be responsible for promoting wine culture and ensuring an exceptional experience for guests across the pubs and private dining rooms. This is a multi-site, service-based role. You would manage the day-to-day administration of the wine lists, liaise with suppliers, and train the team to deliver brilliant wine service.

If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

• Prior experience in a service based Wine Manager or Senior Sommelier role
• Experience maintaining wine lists, conducting stock-takes, ordering and invoicing
• Minimum WSET Level 3 is essential for the role
• Experience leading wine trainings for front of house team members to enhance wine knowledge and sales
• Confidence maintaining wine costs effectively and monitoring GP
