Pub Manager

Are you a seasoned and dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality? We’re thrilled to be opening the Barn Owl in Blacknest, a brand new pub in the Brunning & Price family and we’re on the lookout for an exceptional Pub Manager to lead the charge.

This is a unique opportunity to take the reins of a new site and shape it from day one. You’ll be responsible for building and inspiring your own team, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and delivering the top-notch food, drink, and service we’re known for.

At Brunning & Price, we give our managers real autonomy to run their pubs as if they were their own, from shaping the drinks range to influencing the menu, driving standards, and getting stuck into the day to day buzz of the pub.

Your Bread and Butter 

• Package up to £55,000 including tronc and profit share paid monthly based on your pub’s performance
• 2 - 3 bedroom live in accommodation 
• All bills except council tax are covered by you.

About you... 

We’re looking for a warm and charismatic manager to lead a friendly, ambitious team and drive this busy pub forwards. You’ll enjoy a high degree of independence with the freedom to be creative and run the pub as if it were truly your own. 

You’ll be interested in and knowledgeable about food and drink with a genuine passion for beer and wine. Commercially and financially astute, you’re at your happiest looking after customers whilst training, inspiring and developing your team. As a proven general manager from a premium, food-led background, you’ve previously built a successful business with a good local reputation and will thrive in a place where you have the freedom to do exactly that.
