Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in fixing things, and thrives on variety? ️ We’re looking for skilled and dependable Artisans to join our growing Maintenance Team, supporting a portfolio of sites across London Central and the South West of England.
What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Artisan Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our sites are safe, functional, and well-presented. You’ll be responsible for:
Delivering a high standard of building fabric maintenance across allocated sites
Carrying out a wide range of general repairs including carpentry, plumbing, painting, decorating, and basic electrical work
Investigating and resolving recurring maintenance issues, and proposing practical solutions
Collaborating with site managers and other teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
Using our digital maintenance system to log jobs, time, and materials
Keeping tools, equipment, and vehicles in excellent condition
What We’re Looking For:

We're seeking a multi-skilled individual who brings both technical know-how and a proactive approach. You’ll need to have:
Proven experience in general building or facilities maintenance
An NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in a relevant trade (e.g. plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
A flexible attitude with a broad range of practical skills
A detail-oriented, organised approach and the ability to manage your workload independently
Willingness to travel within the region, including occasional overnight stays
Good communication and problem-solving skills
