We’re looking for a bright, sociable and imaginative Activities Coordinator who can lift spirits, inspire engagement, and create unforgettable moments from music therapy sessions to themed parties, gardening clubs to art workshops.

Whether you’ve run festivals, hosted community events, delivered group workshops, or used music and creativity to bring people together we’d love you to bring that magic into our home.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.
  • Lead events that make people smile, move, sing, reminisce, and feel connected from the spontaneous to the spectacular.
  • Support individual hobbies while inspiring new ones, offering gentle encouragement to even the shyest residents.
  • Build warm relationships with residents, families, and the care team you're the heartbeat of our social life.
  • Keep simple records of activity plans and resident engagement.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A naturally warm and uplifting personality you’re the kind of person who makes the room feel brighter.
  • Experience in planning or leading group events, whether in the arts, music, community, education, or wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills — able to juggle a busy calendar while staying responsive to individual needs.
  • A genuine passion for enriching the lives of older people.
  • Confidence working independently, with the humility to collaborate as part of a close-knit team.
  • Care home experience is welcome but not essential we care more about your spark than your CV.
