About The Role:

We're excited to be looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for the effective conversion of incoming group booking enquiries of 20+ guests and managing these from conception to immaculate handover to the venue teams. As a successful Sales Executive you'll ensure that we're maximising every revenue opportunity, while enabling an unforgettable experience for our guests. As an integral part of our sales team you'll:

  • Take part in proactive sales activities, upselling sessions, past booker contact, seasonal lead driving etc.
  • Ensure guests receive the ultimate Arcade experience by offering the most appropriate packages and setup available, based on their requirements.
  • Maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction by adhering to thorough, high standard enquiry handling and booking planning processes, ensuring a smooth and premium customer journey.
  • Maximise sales opportunities through upselling and building strong relationships with the guests.
  • Ensure every detail of a guest’s booking is accurately recorded and carefully communicated to the venue team to enable them to deliver the best guest experience.
  • Arrange and conduct venue showrounds, as and when required, to increase chances of high value booking conversion.
  • Achieve pre-determined group bookings targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Actively engage with clients on LinkedIn to build a network of contacts and helping build awareness of Arcade through regular and engaging LinkedIn posts.
We'd love to hear from you if you: 
  • Have 1+ year experience in a similar level role within group booking sales or reservations (restaurants, competitive socializing)
  • Bring telesales/phone-based sales experience
  • Bring experience working with hospitality booking and event management systems (Collins / Sevenrooms / TripleSeat)
  • Are a self starter and target driven individual who is motivated by results
  • Are a highly detail orientated and organised individual 
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a passion for food and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Able to prioritise and manage a busy workload effectively
