Situated in the charming setting of Pinkhill, our care home provides high-quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 83 residents. Designed with comfort and care in mind, it offers a warm and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
We are now looking for an experienced, motivated Charge Nurse to join our clinical team. If you are passionate about leadership, confident in your clinical ability, and committed to delivering exceptional care, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.
What We Offer

What You Will Do
As Charge Nurse, you will take clinical responsibility for the care home during your shift, leading a skilled and compassionate team. You will support residents with a range of complex needs, ensuring their medical, physical and emotional wellbeing is prioritised. From supervising care delivery and overseeing medication administration to supporting staff and ensuring compliance with all governance standards, your leadership will be central to our success. You will mentor and guide your colleagues, champion dignity and safety, and play a vital role in maintaining a culture of excellence. As a named Nurse for specific residents, you will provide continuity of care and build strong relationships with residents and their families. Your commitment to delivering person-centred care will inspire those around you and contribute to the high standards we pride ourselves on.
What We Are Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Strong clinical skills and sound knowledge of current best practice
- Experience leading and motivating care teams
- A proactive, supportive and approachable leadership style
- A genuine interest in caring for older people
- A commitment to high standards, teamwork, and continuous improvement
