About The Role:
We’re excited to be hiring a Food Director! We’re looking for a dynamic, food-obsessed leader to drive food standards, inspire our kitchen teams, and shape the next phase of Arcade’s growth. As a Food Director at Arcade, you’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on creativity, leading menu development, discovering chef partners, and bringing bold new food concepts to life.

The successful candidate will thrive in the heat of the kitchen pass, spark creativity in menu planning sessions, identify high-potential external food brands and bring them into the Arcade portfolio, spearhead food product creation with brand partners and roll out to internal teams ensuring every dish reflects our commitment to excellence and excites our diverse clientele.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Bring extensive experience in a senior culinary leadership role (e.g., Group Executive Chef or Culinary Director) within a high-volume, multi-site, or multi-brand environment.
• Have experience in a Michelin-starred kitchen showcasing your ability to deliver excellence (highly desirable).
• Bring strong operational and financial expertise, with a track record of running successful, scalable food businesses.
• Have a deep love for global cuisines and street food culture, with a keen understanding of London’s dynamic food scene and emerging trends.
• Are an excellent communicator with exceptional leadership skills, capable of building and motivating diverse teams to achieve excellence.
• Possess an ability to balance bold creativity with the demands of consistency, scalability, and profitability in multi-site operation.
