Nestled in the beautiful town of Hinckley, close to the town centre, The Ashton Care Home specialises in Residential Care, Dementia Care, Nursing Care, Respite Care, and Palliative Care for 72 residents.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Activities Lead to join our team. This is more than just a role coordinating events — it’s an opportunity to bring joy, fulfilment, and meaningful engagement to the lives of our residents through tailored activities and social interaction.

What We Offer

• £13.50 per hour
• Full-time contract, weekend working required

• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You Will Do
As Activities Lead, you will design and deliver a variety of engaging monthly programmes and individual activities that meet the interests and needs of our residents. You will encourage social interaction, helping residents maintain hobbies and try new experiences. Maintaining detailed records of all activities, you will ensure every event is purposeful and contributes to residents’ wellbeing. Your creativity, enthusiasm, and friendly nature will help create a warm and lively atmosphere throughout the home.
