What You'll Be Doing:
- Supportive Leadership: Assist the Leisure Club Manager in the day-to-day operations of the club, providing direction and motivation to staff members.
- Engage and Inspire: Ensure staff members are engaged and passionate about their roles, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
- Maintain Excellence: Keep the club well-maintained, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in top-notch condition.
- Customer Service Champion: Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing any concerns or complaints with care and professionalism.
- Marketing Magic: Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new members.
- Efficient Scheduling: Manage staff schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet the needs of the club.
- Team Communication: Conduct regular staff meetings to keep everyone up-to-date on club policies and procedures.
- Safety First: Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring the well-being of members and staff at all times.
- Recruit and Train: Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members, helping them integrate smoothly into the team.
- Performance Reporting: Provide reports to the Leisure Club Manager on club performance and member feedback, contributing to continuous improvement.

- Previous experience working in a leisure club or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- A good understanding of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
