Your Role: The Heart of Our Clean Spaces
In Housekeeping at Fusion, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our properties shine with cleanliness and provide a welcoming environment for our students. You’ll have the opportunity to directly impact their daily lives by maintaining a safe, comfortable, and sparkling space for them to live, study, and grow.
Your responsibilities include:
Cleaning & Maintenance Duties:
- Daily Cleaning: Keep the communal areas spotless with tasks like vacuum, sanitizing surfaces, and wiping down glass panels and mirrors to perfection.
- Waste Management: Keep communal bins empty and replace liners as needed, ensuring waste is disposed of responsibly, adhering to recycling guidelines.
- Room Inspections: Carry out room checks to spot any issues and escalate as needed to ensure high standards.
- Handover Protocol: End your shifts with a thorough handover, ensuring a seamless transition between team members and upholding our high standards.
Supplies & Inventory Management:
- Restocking: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries, ensuring we always have what we need.
- Reporting: Keep the General Manager or Community Manager updated on inventory levels and make suggestions for reordering.
Maintenance & Safety:
- Report Issues: Spot and report any maintenance issues, ensuring they are quickly addressed to maintain the building’s high standards.
- Safety First: Help identify and flag potential safety hazards to ensure a safe living environment for all.
Attention to Detail:
- Exceeding Expectations: Ensure all areas are impeccably clean, with a strong focus on presentation and hygiene.
- Special Requests: Address any specific cleaning requests or special projects with precision and care.
Resident Interaction:
- Friendly and Professional: Be the face of Fusion’s commitment to excellent customer service by interacting with students in a positive, professional manner.
- Resident Satisfaction: Respond promptly and effectively to cleaning requests, showing that you care about their comfort and well-being.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
Essential:
- Experience in cleaning large scale buildings.
- Experience in interacting with clients or residents
- Working alone or as part of a team.
- Acting effectively and efficiently on tasks and responsibilities given.
- Awareness of Health and Safety guidelines.
Desirable:
- Competency in other languages.
- Experience working with diversity and in different markets.
