Silverleigh is a beautiful care home situated on a quiet street in the centre of Axminster, Devon. Home to 65 residents, we provide expert Residential, Nursing, and Dementia care in a supportive and vibrant environment where residents are truly at the heart of everything we do.

What You Will Do
As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their daily routines, encourage independence, and contribute to their overall wellbeing and happiness. From assisting with personal care to creating a warm and sociable environment, your kindness and dedication will bring comfort and joy to those we care for.
You will work closely with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure personalised, dignified care is delivered at all times.
What We Are Looking For
- Ideally NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- 6 months of care experience preferred, but not essential – we welcome applicants with transferable skills and the right attitude
- A genuine passion for elderly care
- A caring, respectful approach and strong sense of teamwork
