We are now seeking an experienced and driven Home Manager to lead this outstanding service into its next chapter.

What We’re Looking For

• A confident, strategic, and inspiring leader
• Proven track record in managing large residential or nursing homes (50+ beds)
• Commercially astute, with the ability to grow occupancy and optimise fee levels
• Strong team-building and staff retention skills
• Clinically qualified (desirable) with a background in delivering clinical excellence
• Strong local connections and the ability to build meaningful partnerships
• A commitment to compliance, quality, and person-centred care
