We are now seeking an experienced and driven Home Manager to lead this outstanding service into its next chapter.

What We’re Looking For
- A confident, strategic, and inspiring leader
- Proven track record in managing large residential or nursing homes (50+ beds)
- Commercially astute, with the ability to grow occupancy and optimise fee levels
- Strong team-building and staff retention skills
- Clinically qualified (desirable) with a background in delivering clinical excellence
- Strong local connections and the ability to build meaningful partnerships
- A commitment to compliance, quality, and person-centred care
