Are you a friendly person who can warmly welcome our guests? Have you got strong communication skills?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head Receptionist to join our team. As front-of-house, it is essential that you are able to provide outstanding customer service and support to our guests whilst working on an array of tasks including guest check-in and administration.
Key skills and responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- A professional telephone manner.
- Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
- To be fully conversant, comply with and train reception staff, in all aspects of Legislation and Company Policy and Procedure relating to the department, Health & Safety and security.
- Ensuring compliance with all Legislation and Company procedures relevant to the position.
- To be able to explain all club facilities and promotional activities and ensure they are actively promoted.
- To co-ordinate the production of rota’s ensuring effective holiday planning and the management of sickness absence in accordance with company procedures.
- To be fully aware of social responsibility and money laundering regulations.
- To ensure that the member database is accurately maintained at all times.
- To adopt a pleasant, professional and positive manner with all customers, anticipating their needs and handling customer complaints in an agreed manner.
- To have a full working knowledge of and to actively support all club marketing activities.
- To recognise the importance of team work, building and maintaining effective working relationships with all colleagues.
- To assist in an effective communication process throughout the Casino.
- To have the ability to communicate in an appropriate manner with all colleagues and customers.
- To carry out any other duties that may be reasonably requested from time to time.
Skills and experience:
- Good IT skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
