Our client is seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner to maintain high standards across community hubs and housing services in London. You will work closely with the Soft Facilities Manager to deliver both scheduled and reactive cleaning duties in various environments, including community spaces and residential settings.

What You will Be Doing:

  • Delivering high-quality cleaning services and efficient room turnarounds.
  • Supporting residents and service users by ensuring safe and hygienic environments.
  • Working flexibly across weekdays, with occasional weekend cover.
  • Maintaining compliance with COSHH and health & safety procedures.
  • Keeping records updated and reporting any maintenance issues as needed.

What We are Looking For:

  • Experience in domestic or commercial cleaning.
  • A good understanding of COSHH and health & safety protocols (or a willingness to learn).
  • Friendly and respectful communication skills, particularly when interacting with diverse communities.
  • Basic IT skills to update cleaning records and systems.
  • A commitment to the organisation's values and inclusive ethos.

Additional Information:This role involves working with the valuable, so the ideal candidate must be calm and resilient in the face of challenges. The ability to manage difficult situations with grace are essential. Candidates must also be able to pass an enhanced DBS check upon successful application.

Interview Process:You will have the opportunity for a face-to-face interview with either the Head of Justice, Service Manager, or Facilities Manager.
