As Corporate Travel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and market share in the corporate transient market by developing and managing corporate accounts, with a particular emphasis on key industries including legal, education, and association.

This dynamic role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in business transient sales, preferably in the luxury market, and demands exceptional communication and presentation skills, a results-driven mindset, and a strong knowledge of local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategically cultivate and oversee corporate accounts to significantly enhance market share and exceed targeted sales objectives.
  • Proactively evaluate, solicit, and secure high-value business deals to consistently meet and surpass individual and overall budgeted sales and profitability goals.
  • Identify and pursue new local corporate business opportunities aligned with strategic development goals to expand the client base.
  • Oversee and actively manage key corporate consortia accounts to optimize production and ensure maximum profitability.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of local competition
  • Collaborate with group sales, catering and conference services, and the restaurant/bar events manager to drive cross-selling opportunities across all hotel areas, beyond guestrooms.
  • Conduct local sales calls and office presentations to effectively showcase the hotel's offerings and cultivate relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Represent the hotel at industry-related trade shows, sales trips, and functions, showcasing our brand and fostering valuable connections.
  • Collaborate closely with the Revenue/Distribution Team to ensure accurate rate loading and strategic promotion displays, maximizing revenue potential and market competitiveness.
