Role: Head Chef

Location: Central London

Salary: up to £65k + GRATS + BONUS

We are recruiting an experienced Head Chef to lead a fantastic food concept and well-established fresh food operation in a high-volume, 4-star hotel with a focus on quality.

You will oversee a large kitchen operation and a large team; therefore, effective communication and strong leadership skills are essential.

The role:

• Lead and inspire a large team, collaborating and communicating with the hotel's senior leadership team and working to achieve a fantastic guest experience.
• Bring a creative element to the kitchen, evolving food trends to deliver exceptional contemporary dishes.
• Be knowledgeable with a strong understanding of cost management, kitchen efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards.
• Manage a diverse food operation, encompassing a Restaurant, Bar, Conference Facilities, Events.

The Candidate:

• You will enjoy all things food and be keen to stay up to date with key food trends, keeping menus fresh and exciting.
• Experience managing hotel kitchen operations or a large multi-operational venue is essential.
