General Manager

One of London's best loved bar & restaurants, however still maintaining the close connection to its local area, The Botanist occupies a prime spot on Sloane Square. We serve breakfast through to dinner seven days a week, and in the evenings our bar comes alive as one of Chelsea's places to be seen. We're looking for a General Manager to drive our iconic business forward, and lead the team to deliver exceptional 5* service.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED  

• Long term experience within F&B operation, including breakfast service 
• (Ideally) Experience in a high profile and landmark venue of the London scene 
• Ability to plan and execute staff training and development 
• Knowledge of FS and HS regulations and of most common HR practices
• Strong understanding of daily and periodical financial aspects of the business
• Ability to work autonomously and alongside our head office operations team
