JOB DESCRIPTION 

Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager this role is responsible for supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across all channels and marketing touchpoints. This is key role also responsible for the brand’s Organic social media and UGC strategies, driving brand awareness and brand engagement.  

MARKETING CAMPAIGNS AND PARTNERSHIPS  

  • Support the Marketing Manager in the activation of the marketing strategy across all channels of the business. 
  • Support the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns working with internal teams to develop relevant content and timely execution.  
  • Support in the management and development of the Ambassador Programme, developing and creating content and ideas to engage new and existing audiences. 
  • Support in identifying new collaborations and partnerships that develops the brand and grows new audiences.  
  • Support the planning and execution of events store, brand and partnership related activities.  
  • Support in writing copy and maintaining the brand tone of voice across all marketing touchpoints. 

SOCIAL MEDIA AND USER AND EMPLOYEE GENERATED CONTENT 

  • Responsible for the organic brand social media strategy and growing content to support the brand and our sales channels. 
  • Create and deliver engaging content tailored to channels and audiences. 
  • Work closely with Graphics and Photography colleagues to brief requirements for social channels. 
  • Create and manage all aspects of social competitions with clear objectives, KIPI’s and project plans.   
  • Analysis, review and report back on performance for all campaigns and monthly social media performance, establishing key metrics:  engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, providing insights for future improvements. 

UGC & EGC 

  • Responsible for the ongoing day to day management of our organic social channels  
  • Responsible for the UGC and EGC strategy 
  • Identify and select influencers tailored to each campaign, ensuring alignment with the narrative and target audience. 
  • Identify EGC opportunities, develop and roll-out content across the year, working closely with store teams.  
  • Develop creative briefs for each campaign, including objectives, key messaging, concept direction, content guidelines, and tone of voice alignment 
  • Manage influencer outreach and maintain all correspondence via email to build and sustain strong relationships including contracts and NDAs. 
  • Coordinate product shipments to influencers via Shopify once selections are confirmed. 

WEBSITE - BLOG AND SEO 

  • Responsible for the ongoing management of blog content; creating relevant and engaging blog posts, fully optimised for SEO. 
  • Conduct SEO ongoing audits of pages across the website, identifying opportunities to enhance search visibility and user engagement.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS 

  • 3+ years experience in similar Marketing role 
  • Good working knowledge of social media platforms – Meta ( Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn plus other channels not widely used in the business – Tik Tok, YouTube, Pinterest. 
  • Experience in Flow Box or other UGC management tools.  
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills with good knowledge of excel and the reading of data. 

  • Good general knowledge of ecommerce platforms Shopify, GA4, Adobe Analytics.
