We’re on the lookout for a talented and driven full-time supervisor to join our friendly team at Fego Gerrards Cross. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up, with a clear pathway to progress into an Assistant Manager role after 3 months of proven success.

Your role as Supervisor:

• Lead the floor during busy services, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards

• Support with rota planning, stock processes, and day-to-day management tasks

• Confidently host guests and handle any issues with professionalism and warmth

• Help train and motivate the team to deliver great guest experiences

• Step up during peak periods and special events, contributing to the wider success of the site

• Be proactive, solutions-focused, and hands-on in a busy, fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a supervisor or team leader in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• A confident, natural leader who thrives on the floor and leads by example

• Strong organisational and people skills, with a calm, proactive attitude

• A genuine team player who brings positive energy and clear communication

• Ambition and commitment – with a clear route to Assistant Manager for the right person
