We’re now looking for a skilled and driven Junior Sous Chef to support the kitchen leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a refined, food-led environment and develop your career within a growing, values-led hospitality group.

As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll be a key part of the senior kitchen team – leading by example, inspiring the brigade, and helping to deliver an exceptional food offering in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen.

• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations

• Leading shifts and managing service across all sections

• Mentoring and developing junior chefs

• Upholding consistently high standards of prep, presentation, and pace

• Monitoring stock, waste, hygiene, and compliance procedures

• Contributing to a respectful, collaborative, and motivated kitchen culture

• Strong experience as a Senior CDP or Junior Sous in a premium kitchen

• A calm, confident leader with a hands-on approach

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• A passion for cooking with seasonal, responsibly sourced ingredients

• A team player with a desire to grow and develop
