This position is a casual, zero hour contract position within our Conference and Banqueting team.

Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:
- Set up and break down event spaces for conferences and banquets, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to manage food and beverage orders for events.
- Interact with guests to provide exceptional service, taking orders and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Serve food and beverages during events, ensuring adherence to quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Support team members and collaborate to achieve common goals.
Safety and Company Policies:
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Support the team to reach common goals.
- Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
