We are looking for a brilliant Food & Beverage Team Member to join the team here at St Ermin’s Hotel, 25 hours a week.

As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will ensure to provide essential support to the restaurant team during busy shifts and all back-of-house tasks are completed efficiently. Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, restocking of cutlery and crockery and general support to facilitate a smooth and efficient shift.
What will you be doing?
- Painting a fantastic first impression to guests by providing a welcoming environment for everyone.
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, cutlery, glassware, and cookware.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing area.
- Being able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Assisting with basic service preparation.
- Ensuring adequate supplies of clean plates, cutlery, and glassware for service.
- Assisting with setting up and breaking down service stations.
- Delivering clean cookware and service ware to the front of house.
- Helping to keep the service areas clean and tidy.
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests.
- Following health code standards with regard to the handling of food.
- Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, polishing silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and more.
