A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICE ASSISTANT AT OUR HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
Create reservations and manage booking on the systems.
- Deal with travel agent bookings, vouchers and credit requests, ensuring that the hotel’s policy is adhered to at all times.
- Accurate and timely responses to guests, clients and agents in line with our brand standards.
- Update reservations, to input and record cancellations and amendments, making sure all bookings are accurate.
- Checking arrivals for following day
- To be fully conversant with rate groups and sales accounts procedures.
- Completing other projects when and if required within the Reservations Manager.
