As a CDP at CÉ LA VI you will play a vital role in our kitchen brigade, working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs. You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meet our high-quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to the success of our restaurant/hotel.

Key Responsibilities

-        Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards.

-        Supervise and assist junior kitchen staff as needed.

-        Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section.

-        Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

-        Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items.

-        Monitor and manage inventory for your section.

-        Contribute to menu planning and special events.

-        Uphold the restaurant/hotel's reputation for exceptional cuisine.
