Restaurant Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations at LSQ Rooftop, with a key focus on breakfast service. You'll ensure smooth daily service, support the team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience from morning through to evening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee breakfast and general service operations

• Lead and train FOH staff

• Ensure top-tier guest service and satisfaction

• Maintain cleanliness, health & safety standards

• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience in hospitality

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and evenings

• Experience with POS systems
