We’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable Resourcer, someone who’s confident recruiting amazing talent but is just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves to support high-profile venue check-ins at our venues in London.


This is a hands-on, people-focused role. You’ll be instrumental in sourcing and matching high-calibre candidates to premium roles, ensuring they match our recruitment needs and supporting their onboarding to the business. At the same time, you’ll be supporting the Constellation and Constellation Platinum teams on site, ensuring staffing operations run seamlessly at our venues.


What you’ll do:

  • Source standout talent: Attract, screen, and onboard highly skilled individuals across a range of hospitality roles, ensuring they’re the right fit for our elite client base.
  • Support on-site operations: Lead and assist with check-ins at Central London venues, ensuring staff are prepared and ready to deliver excellence.
  • Manage recruitment campaigns: Crafting compelling job adverts and screening candidates.
  • Be a brand ambassador: Showcasing Constellation Platinum to prospective workers and ensuring that they meet the standard required for our roles
  • Partner with clients: Build strong relationships with Platinum Consultants to recruit the quality and quantity of high quality team members for their venues.
  • Stay organised and agile: Use digital tools and systems to track applicants, schedule interviews, and keep workflows moving.


Who you are:

  • A confident communicator who can engage with a variety of different stakeholders
  • Digitally fluent, with experience using applicant tracking systems and managing online assessments.
  • Exceptionally organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
  • Equally comfortable in an office or on-site at venues, happy to jump in where needed to keep things running smoothly.
  • Passionate about people, events, and delivering five-star experiences.
