The Opportunity

Are you dedicated and experienced in managing reservations? We're looking for a Assistant Reservations Manager. to lead our reservations department and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Department: Oversee the reservations department, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of all reservations.
  • Maximize Success: Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Guide the Team: Manage a team of reservation agents, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations and cancellations.
  • Coordinate Efforts: Liaise with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a coordinated approach to reservations.
  • Report Progress: Prepare regular reports on reservations and revenue for senior management.
  • Analyze Data: Identify trends and patterns in reservation data and implement strategies to address any issues.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working in a reservations supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • A good understanding of revenue management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
