• Lead the preparation of specialised international dishes with a focus on quality and authenticity
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to innovate and refine menus
• Support training, development and knowledge-sharing of regional cooking techniques
• Ensure consistency, compliance and high standards in food safety and production
• Collaborate on menu rollouts and process improvements

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in Asian or Indian cuisine (restaurant, catering or production kitchen)
