The Role

  • Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen across multiple service areas.
  • Help manage food preparation and service in their varied dining spaces
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all dishes.
  • Contribute to menu innovation and the creation of daily specials.
  • Maintain food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Motivate and guide junior chefs, helping to develop their skills.

The Person

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up.
  • A deep passion for local, sustainable, and seasonal produce.
  • Creativity, leadership, and a commitment to culinary excellence.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to team collaboration.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for honest, simple food done well.
