This is a rare opportunity to join a small, stable site team in a long-term, well-supported role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional presence to residents and visitors

• Keep the reception and common areas tidy and well-presented

• Handle deliveries, manage keys, and respond to resident queries

• Monitor building access and maintain resident safety

• Use CCTV and follow on-site security procedures

• Log incidents, maintenance issues, and handover notes

• Perform minor housekeeping tasks (e.g., light tidying, litter checks)

• Communicate effectively with the Building Manager for daily continuity

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a concierge role, ideally residential

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong self-management and reliability - this is a solo shift

• Understanding of security procedures, access control, and key management

• Comfortable using CCTV systems and handling minor incidents

• IOSH or similar H&S qualification, ideally
