Our client, a reputable gastro pub on the outskirts of Southwold, are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their expanding brigade. This establishment is set in the stunning Suffolk countryside and is the perfect setting for the events and functions it often hosts.

This venue remains busy year-round and pride themselves on using only the finest locally sourced ingredients to produce fine British cuisine. The successful chef will be keen to showcase their creative flair and add to this already thriving menu.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar establishment, be passionate about food and will be eager to surpass the high standards already set at this venue.

This position will cover 45 hours per week to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
